Local Student Makes the Grade

Paso Robles, Calif. resident and Azusa Pacific University student Frances G. Bakar made the academic Deans' List at APU. A graduate of Atascadero High School, and the daughter of Mrs. Jane D. Sumner, Frances is honored for a spring semester 2008 academic standing of 3.5 or better grade-point average. Frances is a Nursing major, who is joined by more than 1,375 other students receiving the same honor.
