Alta Loma Resident Jessica Welch Graduates from Azusa Pacific

Alta Loma resident Jessica Welch graduated from Azusa Pacific with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree on Sat., Dec. 13, 2014, and joined nearly 900 graduates at the winter commencement ceremonies.
